The dry fruits consumed in winter contain all the necessary nutrients to make energy and fresh blood in the body, but due to inflation, they have become out of reach for many.

According to doctors, the food consumed in winter is felt by the body because the digestive system becomes faster in this season, and the heart works harder than in summer. However, if the days are short and the nights are long, dry fruits are a great companion for consumption. They can act as a strong shield against various diseases.

Dry fruits also play an important role in increasing body temperature and preventing the harmful effects of winter. When consumed in moderation, they make the human body strong and energetic. Due to their nutritional value, physicians call them “natural capsules” and often rank them as supplements. For example, health experts say that 100 grams of walnuts contain 2.1 milligrams of iron and 656 calories. Its roasted form is very useful to relieve winter cough. It is considered very beneficial for brain power. By consuming it, the mind becomes powerful. Eating walnuts in moderation and consuming them with raisins can cause mouth ulcers and sore throat. The use of its oil helps in reducing stress and fatigue. The consumption of walnuts and their oil proves to be very useful for those men who work a lot for their peace of mind.
